Device compatibility
We support Android 7.0 and later on phones with at least 100 MB free storage. iOS users on version 12 or later can use Safari; no app store download is needed. Web access requires any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on devices from three years old or newer. Devices with less than 50 MB free memory may experience lag during live-dealer games, so we recommend freeing up space before extended play sessions.
Troubleshooting installation issues
If Android installation fails, check that you enabled Unknown Sources in Settings and that the APK file downloaded fully. File corruption during download can block installation; delete the incomplete file, download again, and retry. On iOS, if the web app refuses to load, clear Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again. Certificate trust warnings occasionally appear on older iOS versions; tap "Visit" or "Allow" to proceed. Network timeouts during setup usually clear within seconds—wait 10 seconds and refresh. If your account creation times out repeatedly, try using a different payment method or mobile network (switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or vice versa).
Data, permissions, and account security
The Android app requests camera access only if you choose to upload a photo for KYC verification; the permission is optional and used only during the verification flow. We do not access your contacts, calendar, or media library. Your account password, deposit history, and withdrawal records are encrypted in transit and at rest. When you log in, your session is tied to your device fingerprint—if you sign out, that session ends immediately.
